The B+ mushroom is a resilient psilocybe cubensis variety. When mature, B+’s have huge, beautiful, caramel colored caps and thick stems. The origin of the B+ mushroom is clouded in mystery. Rumor has it, a mycologist in Florida, “Mr. G.”, may have discovered it in the 1990’s. Many say the “B” stands for “big fruits” and the “plus” means “really big fruits.” B+ liquid culture is known for it’s resilience to contamination. Our B+ liquid culture is consistently one of our top sellers due to the forgiveness it provides when performing microscopy research.

Our 2,000 square foot mycology research lab is equipped with state-of-the-art mycology and sterilization equipment to ensure that every MYYCO syringe that leaves our facility has been medically sterilized.
When we started MYYCO, we decided that making a beneficial impact was more important than profits and that the mushroom world was the wrong place for a profit-first mentality.
