Lion’s Mane Liquid Culture

Our Lion’s Mane liquid culture produces a shaggy, otherworldly, delicious mushroom. The Lion’s Mane mushroom has been used in China and Japan for centuries and has recently exploded in popularity in the West. Lion’s Mane liquid culture will grow in temperatures around 60F to 70F. They take about 6 to 8 weeks to colonize. The easiest way to grow Lion’s Mane is in bags made of hardwood sawdust, master’s mix, and/or straw. Once the bags have colonized, place them in a fruiting chamber. They can fruit in open air but Lion’s Mane will grow larger with higher humidity — around 80% is ideal.

Our 2,000 square foot mycology research facility is equipped with state-of-the-art mycology and sterilization equipment to ensure that every MYYCO liquid culture that leaves our facility is clean and sterilized.
