The Penis Envy mushroom takes the term “mushroom tip” to a whole ‘nother level. When mature, Penis Envy has extremely fat stems and a bulbous golden cap. Penis Envy is rumored to have come from the famed mycologist Steven Pollock, after he propagated a phallic-like mutation from an Amazonian Cubensis spore print that his friend Terence McKenna had smuggled back from a trip to the Amazon. The liquid culture of Penis Envy makes for very interesting microscopic research—containing unique patterns under the microscope, distinct from standard cubensis varieties. Our Penis Envy liquid culture is one of our most sought-after research varieties.
